From biochemistry to the result.
How FACTS is developed.
Looking after your health should not become a second job. We develop our systems around how your body works, rather than trends. Clear, safe and transparent.
-
Openly declared doses
Every milligram is on the label.
-
Verified forms
Organic compounds such as bisglycinate instead of oxide.
-
Safe to combine¹
Every dose is calculated across the whole FACTS system.
Our development process in four steps
-
01 Understand everyday life
Where do nutrient gaps arise in everyday life?
We look at how people in Germany actually eat and live: long working days, little time to cook and meals on the go. The National Nutrition Survey shows which nutrients fall below reference values on average. From this, we determine what a system can usefully add.
-
02 Understand the function
What does a nutrient do in the body, and what is established?
For each ingredient, we examine its role in the body and which effects are recognised as established in the EU. Only ingredients that pass this review enter a system. We leave everything else out, even if it would sell well.
-
03 Choose the right form
Ingredients in forms the body can use².
Not all magnesium is the same. For each ingredient, we choose a compound that has been well studied, such as magnesium bisglycinate instead of magnesium oxide. The ingredient library shows which form is in your system.
-
04 Calculate safety
Appropriate dosing with calculated total amounts.
More is not better. We calculate each dose across the entire FACTS system, not just per product. This keeps expressly specified combinations below the upper limits applicable in Europe when used as directed.
Three layers of dosing
-
The starting point
We account for what people in Germany actually eat on average, rather than starting from zero. We supplement the amount up to the reference value.
-
The research
Doses are based on amounts investigated in human studies and whose effects are recognised as established in the EU.
-
The system limit
Every dose is added up across expressly specified FACTS combinations. When used as directed, the total remains below the safe upper limit.
Science without compromise.
Our formulations are reviewed by researchers from renowned German institutes.

At the Max Planck Institute for Biology of Ageing, Dr. Constantinos Demetriades researches a central switch in our cells: the protein mTOR. This molecular manager controls whether cells grow or regenerate and how they respond to nutrition and the environment. He is decoding the control centre for a long, healthy life.

-
“Safe to combine” applies exclusively to expressly specified FACTS combinations used as directed.
-
The statement about usable forms refers to the named nutrient forms, such as magnesium bisglycinate instead of magnesium oxide, not to better absorption of the complete formula or the Duo-Kapsel.
